Terms & Conditions Policy
Please read all of the Policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
This is our Terms & Conditions Policy, please read each policy outlined within this document carefully before paying any invoice or choosing to enrol in the 60 Day Seller Program. Any payments made after the delivery of this Policy means that you accept the terms listed below and agree to this legally enforceable agreement.
Application
1. By enrolling in the 60 Day Seller Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The customer accepts that each policy within this document is an enforceable legal agreement and cannot be amended in any way.
2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods by you (the Customer) from the supplier of goods, 60 Day Seller Ltd.
Goods
3. The description of the goods is as set out on the Website, social media platforms, online content or any form of marketing/advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the goods supplied.
4. 60 Day Seller Ltd has the right to make any changes to the products or features offered at any time with no notice required. 60 Day Seller Ltd will always aim to update customers of these changes when they believe necessary.
5. All goods are subject to the policies outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Personal Information
6. We retain and use all customer information strictly under the Privacy Policy outlined in these Terms.
7. We may use your contact information such as email address, phone number or other electronic communication methods for marketing purposes and/or communication purposes. You expressly agree to this.
Basis of Sale
8. For orders done via direct payment link. The order process is set out clearly in the Stripe terminal and each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to check that you have supplied the correct information and that you have used this order method correctly.
9. For orders done over the phone with a sales representative. The order process will be outlined step by step by your sales representative and they will assist you with successfully making payment via Stripe. When ordering via this method, you fully accept that this purchase is done on your behalf, and you are responsible for any errors made.
10. For orders done for you by your sales representative. In some cases, sales representatives will complete the order process for you whilst you provide the necessary payment information over the phone. When you do this, you accept that you still have complete responsibility for the purchase of goods, and you give permission to the relevant representative to make the purchase on your behalf with the information you provide. You fully accept the decision before the purchase is made and expressly admit that you are liable.
11. You understand that the 60 Day Seller Program is for educational purposes only. The objective being to teach students the business model that Is Amazon FBA. All customers enrolling into this program accept full responsibility for their own actions.
12. All payments made as deposits, do not grant immediate access to the program. Deposit payments made are solely to reserve a place on the program. All deposits made are final and are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Only once the full agreed balance has been paid will the customer gain access.
Delivery of goods
13. As a digital product, we will deliver the goods digitally. Delivery will usually be immediate via email or other form of digital communication by providing login details to access the program.
14. In any unforeseen cases where we cannot deliver the goods immediately due to circumstances out of our control, we will aim to do this as quickly as possible within a 30-day period.
Copyright Policy
15. The content within the 60 Day Seller Program is protected under the Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976. All content within this program is solely owned and licensed to us. Any attempt to copy, save, share or disclose and of the content within this program is a breach of the copyright laws in this country and will be treat with serious legal action.
16. The only content that is downloadable within this program are the PDF’s and documents clearly outlined as ‘free to use’ materials for students. Anything other than this would be deemed illegal and met with enforceable legal action.
Post Purchase Cancellation Policy
17. Due to the nature of the product being digital and limited access, Orders cannot be cancelled unless they meet all the terms listed in this cancellation policy.
18. The decision for an order to be cancelled is completely down to 60 Day Seller Ltd. Only dedicated 60 Day Seller representatives can make the decision to cancel an order subject to what they deem necessary. All decisions made by 60 Day Seller Ltd are final and done with no amendments.
19. For an order to be cancelled within a 14-day post purchase period it must meet the following terms
a. The customer must have a valid reason backed by evidence to why the product is not suitable, not as described or not fit for sale.
b. The customer must not have accessed the programs contents past the first introductory (welcome) video due to the risk of copyright. You accept that if you have accessed the program passed this point, regardless of meeting any other terms, that your right to cancel is void.
c. Any cancellation requests made that meet all terms in this agreement must be done within 14 days of purchase and the customer must have proof that the request was done within this timeframe. Cancellation requests are only valid via email and only to support@60dayseller.com any cancellation requests made to any other channels other than this email address are not valid proof of submission.
d. All cancellation requests are subject to the decision of what 60 Day Seller deem acceptable. All decisions made are final and done so in reference to the terms outlined in this agreement.
e. Cancellation requests that are granted by the 60 Day Seller team does not automatically qualify you for a refund. All customers must meet terms outlined in our Refund Policy separately.
Refund Policy
20. In order for a refund to be considered, all of the following terms MUST be met.
a. Customers must have valid reasoning backed by evidence to why the product is not suitable, not as described or not fit for sale.
b. The customer must have not accessed the programs contents past the first introductory (welcome) video due to the risk of copyright. You accept that if you have accessed the program passed this point, regardless of meeting any other terms, that your right to a refund is void.
c. Any refund requests made that meet all terms in this agreement must be done within 14 days of purchase and the customer must have proof that the request was done within this timeframe. Refund requests are only valid via email and only to support@60dayseller.com any refund requests made to any other channels other than this email address are not valid proof of submission.
d. All refund requests are subject to the decision of what 60 Day Seller deem acceptable. All decisions made are final and done so in reference to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Conformity and Guarantee Policy
21. The 60 Day Seller £10K guarantee is subject to the terms listed within this policy. By purchasing enrolment into this program, you acknowledge that you are legally binded to this agreement.
22. For customers to meet our £10K guarantee policy and receive free 121 coaching, they must meet ALL of the terms listed below and be able to prove each of them with physical evidence:
a. Customers MUST have completed 100% of all modules and all lessons within the program
b. Customers MUST be able to provide evidence showing that they have conducted a minimum of 50+ hours of product research using the exact strategies taught within the program.
c. Customers must have evidence that they have used and applied all 10 product research strategies taught within the program with a 0% success rate.
d. Customers must be able to provide evidence to show that they have sourced and stocked a minimum of 5 products and seen a total of £0 in revenue, £0 in profit and 0 units sold.
e. Customers must have evidence showing that they have seeked and accepted assistance from the designated 60dayseller support channels with no success.
f. If all of these terms are not met, the guarantee will be denied. The final decision on whether to accept or deny customers onto our 121 coaching program is completely down to the 60dayseller teams’ discretion and their decision is final.
g. 60 Day Seller agrees to provide the following after sales service as part of the program:
On-going support via the designated support channels before, during and after the program duration.
Results Disclaimer
23. The 60 Day Seller program has evidence that shows the methods taught, work and get results selling on Amazon. However, all results and any state of progression/success is completely subject to a customer’s effort, dedication, and application. 60 Day Seller cannot guarantee a customer’s success if the program is not followed/applied as it is intended to be.
24. You (the customer) accept full liability for the progress and results that you achieve being down to your own application. By enrolling in the program, you understand that 60 Day Seller guarantees no profitable or successful outcome as this is determined by your efforts and is variable.
Liability Policy
25. You (the customer) understand that 60 Day Seller are in no way liable for any purchases made throughout the duration of this program. All costs incurred are accepted and made by customers, accepting full liability for that purchase as a means to completing the program.
26. In order to complete the 60 Day Seller program there are other costs involved which are variable and subject to your decisions. Other costs involved can vary between £500 and £5,000. You accept this and understand that these costs are involved before purchasing the program.
3rd Party Integrations and Features
27. The 60 Day Seller program relies on numerous 3rd parties to deliver some of the features included with this program. 60 Day Seller are in no way responsible for these 3rd parties and have no control over their service quality, customer service or fulfilment.
28. Each 3rd party integration is subject to their own Policies and Terms of Service. 60 Day Seller is strictly a partner and in no way affiliated with the brands.
29. Integrations such as Support are provided on a collaborative basis only and 60-day seller claims no responsibility for the way in which they deliver their services. 60 Day Seller also holds no obligation to deal with support based on these 3rd parties.
30. Designated support channels are available as described within the program and pre purchase. 60 Day Seller strictly offers support on the contents within the 60 Day Seller Program only and DOES NOT offer Amazon technical support. All Amazon specific technical support enquiries will be re directed to Amazons seller support channels or be ignored.
31. 3rd party communications between customers is strictly forbidden unless officially authorised by 60 Day Seller LTD.
Policy Violations
32. By accepting these terms, you understand and accept that the 60 Day Seller has the right to suspend or revoke customer access to the program temporarily/permanently if policies are not followed.
Agreement Disclosure
You (the customer) accept all the terms listed within this agreement nonverbally upon enrolling into the 60 Day Seller program. You acknowledge that this agreement is enforceable by law and that any attempt to break the policies outlined, will result in access restrictions and legal action where applicable.
